People's Press, Inc. has created this privacy statement, effective January 12, 2004,  in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for the website:

is a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program. This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for . TRUSTe is an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to build users trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Data is backed up daily and we perform periodic Security Audits.

Email Links
The Site offers email links for both advertising inquiry and for general questions or comments that you may have. This information is used to respond directly to your questions or comments. We may also file your comments to improve the site and program, or review and discard the information. Your personal information will never be shared with third parties without your explicit permission. After a Member/User receives a response from , the personal information collected for such a response will be deleted. There is therefore no mechanism for Members/Users to correct or update any information about them.

Notification of Changes
If we are going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection, we will notify you via email. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our web site notifying users of the change. In some cases where we post the notice we will also email users, who have opted to receive communications from us, notifying them of the changes in our privacy practices.

Site and Service Updates
We also send site and service announcement updates to our Members. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the Member to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.
